I work closely with other members of the leadership team to ensure that the company is meeting its financial goals and staying within budget on all projects.   As the engineer/project manager of Drini1 company I am responsible for overseeing all aspects of project planning, design, execution, monitoring and closing, working closely with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand their needs and develop a feasible, safe and efficient project plan. I manage the project team, coordinate the work of sub-contractors and suppliers, ensure work is done in accordance with industry standards and regulations, identify and mitigate risks and ensure safety protocols are being followed. The ultimate goal is to deliver the project on time and on budget and exceed client's expectations.
